Return Policy
We put care and attention into every Avora Athletica piece. We hope you love your activewear as much as we loved creating it.
Conditions & Timeline
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Refund Speed: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-6 working days.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Depreciation charges may apply if the product or packaging is excessively damaged.
Accepted Return Scenarios
We handle returns differently depending on the situation:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, provided it hasn't been processed. After this window, cancellation is not possible.
- Change of Mind: If you simply wish to return the product, you may do so within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility based on the courier you choose.
- Defects or Errors: If the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us immediately with photos. In these cases, you are not required to bear the shipping fee.
- Exchanges: To exchange your activewear for another size, color, or style, please contact us directly to arrange it.
How to Return
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
- Contact Us: Email support@avora-athletica.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our approval before shipping.
- Receive Instructions: We will verify your request and provide the specific return address. (Note: Our return address may be located outside of the USA).
- Pack & Ship: Pack the item carefully to avoid transport damage. Include your completed Return Form.
- Track It: Send us the Tracking Number by email. Without a tracking number, we cannot validate or refund your return.
